Typical Viennese specialties with Viennese prices. The gooseberry cake was very tasty and the service very friendly, but unfortunately we had to wait a long time for our orders.

Lovely cafe to have a coffee and cake while people-watching. Beautifully decorated - quaint and cozy. They had a gooseberry and merengue pie. I loved that it was served chilled. There’s also lots of seating right outside of the cafe and in a nearby courtyard.

It's unbearably tight in the café. You're practically sitting on the neighbour's lap at the next table. Juicy prices, bland cake. Drinks with a difference, but without pep. Not a good price-performance ratio.

Chic café in the Schnoorviertel with a large selection of cakes. A bit hectic inside during Corona times, but if you can sit outside you won't notice anything

Nice little cozy café on the Schnoor in Bremen. The apple strudel and the cake were delicious and the outdoor seating area was comfortable. The price-performance ratio is right. The service is very friendly and tried to be quick despite the large numbers of customers.

Nice cafe, nice decor. You sit very comfortably. If you want to experience Viennese coffee culture, this is the right place.

Delicious cake, nice atmosphere ... nice service

Very nice café right on an idyllic little square in the famous Schnoorviertel. You can sit comfortably in beautiful outdoor seating in front of the café and in the central square or inside in the Viennese coffee house. The service was very friendly and attentive and everything made a neat impression. It also looked very cozy inside.

Nice service and great location ... Unfortunately there was a plastic part (4cm black) in our ice cream parlor. Inexplicable and totally unappetizing. The handling of the complaint was poor and unprofessional ... What a shame ... We don't go there anymore 🙈

Don't eat ice cream here, it might look good to sit here for the view but no-no for the ice cream. The ice cream was so artificially sweet.

A beautiful cafeteria, with the typical decoration of an old house. Located in Schnoor, a medieval quarter of Bremen that is very worth visiting. I recommend that you dedicate at least half an hour of your visit to have a piece of cake and a tea at Cafe Tölke. The waitresses are very nice and helpful.

The Cafe Tölke is located in the middle of the Schnoor district. One of Bremen's top sights The Cafe is an ideal starting point for exploring the Schnoor district. The picturesque facade invites you to visit from the outside. The stylish and comfortable furnishings invite you to linger. The range of cakes and pies is extensive and the pieces of cake generously sized. Staff was always friendly and attentive. Only the narrow and steep stairs to the sanitary facilities have to be taken into account.

Very nice and cozy place, we tried tee and cakes. Everything was very good and the cakes amazing. Enviroment was really calm with a very nice Classic music. Staff polite.

If you are nearby, this is a must-visit. Great old café with cozy tables. Great coffee, also good coffee variants (I can recommend the SchockMok) and delicious cakes and other German foods.

Super cozy café with a wonderful atmosphere. The Viennese apple strudel is simply delicious. I immediately bought a gift voucher. The service is great. Polite and attentive service. A candle lights up on each table and is decorated with fresh flowers. Simply beautiful in a wonderfully beautiful area. The Schnoor district in Bremen.

The place where I ate the best cherry cake in my life, and I ate quite a bit of cakes already... I'm coming back every time I'm in Bremen. If you look to travel back in time, and rusty mirrors are your thing - it's a place for you!

We were on Reformationstag in Café Tölke. As it was to be expected on a holiday, it was relatively full. We also found a table relatively quickly. On the demand, if there was a table for 4 people there was the answer but one should look for yourself. I thought that was a pity. The order was relatively fast. We had coffee, cake and apple strudel. The coffee was good for a coffee machine. The (Viennese) apple strudel was unfortunately rather average. The raisins could have tolerated clearly rum and the abundance was clearly too firm. We will probably come back. The visit was ok and the cake was also very good.

It can be so different. We had a very (very) good service. Very friendly, very competent. This could say something to every cake, and make a recommendation. Was also very friendly and helpful to other guests. The apple strudel was delicious and the drinks as well. Clear recommendation

Very pretty place, wonderful service!! We went for the Apfelstrude, but it was finished. We had a few pieces of cake instead, which were all very tasty. We will return for sure!!

Fantastic cherry streusel cake with good coffee too. Lots of great choices for dessert, from apple strudel or cherry cake to gooseberry or a poppyseed/apple cake for the adventurous! Great service in English as well.

It's a cost place with a romantic ambient. I only has a beer but the cakes, sweets and coffees look so delicious. They also have some other variety of food. Staff was nice and friendly. The only not so positive point I would say it's the price since it's pretty expensive in comparison with any other coffee place outside Schnoor but that neighborhood is the most touristic and expensive, so, that happens with all places there. In any case, nothing extreme and a good place to pass by.

It's a tiny little cafe but perfect for a pit stop whilst exploring Bremen. There is an abundance of traditional cakes/deserts to choose from and the staff are polite and happy to speak English.

Visited twice while we were in Bremen for afternoon coffee. The coffee, while okay is not exceptional. The cakes looked so good we tried them both times and were not disappointed. The price was reasonable for Bremen. The decor is quaint and created a relaxed atmosphere. There is also some outdoor seating. The staff were friendly and helped with translating the menu.

Very cosy inside and good coffee

Place looks cosy from outside with nice oldschool decor inside. My cheesecake was extremely dry, so i left 80% of it on the plate. Latte also had disappointing foam and no options for lactose free/soya milk. Staff is friendly but slow, would not go back.

One of my favorite place for Chai Latte in Schnoorviertel. The cafe has very nice location and atmosphere. They serve also sweets, that are very delectable. The staff is kindly and friendly.

Staff was very friendly, but the frühstück were quite meh and very expensive considering that the ingredients tasted fake, like from a cheap supermarket.

Best apple strudel with vanilla sauce and hot chocolate I've ever had. They also sell beer which keeps my partner happy. I've been back multiple times.
